Which lifestyle habits are linked to lower cancer risk?

Bodies such as the WHO and the World Cancer Research Fund point to the same basics: no tobacco, less alcohol, a healthy weight, being active, plenty of plants and fibre, less processed meat, sun protection, and the vaccines and screening your doctor recommends. No habit is a guarantee, but together they're linked to lower risk.
